Before you write
For an order in progress, include the order number from your confirmation email and the email address you ordered with. That lets us find the parcel without a second round of questions.
Not sure which provision fits your animal? Send the species, weight and age, and the part of the day you are trying to fix, and we will point you at one product rather than a basket.
Studio hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Mountain Time. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day leave the same afternoon.
